Due to the continued threat of COVID-19 the ASSURE committee felt it was in the best interest of our community to postpone this year’s annual walk that was scheduled for Saturday September 19, 2020. We will resume the walk on a yet to be determined date in 2021.
COVID-19 has increased a number of new stresses and removed access to many resources people use to cope with stress. ASSURE will continue its mission to bring suicide awareness and support to the area. Helping local residents who are in crisis and those suffering a suicide loss.
If you or someone you know is in crisis and needs help please contact someone, anyone, any time.
